For 2008, we will have (2) $500 college scholarships for which 2008 AJGO Members can apply.

The recipients of the 2008 AJGO College Scholarships will be announced at the AJGO Summer Tour Championship at Arrowhead Country Club in Montgomery, AL on Thursday, August 7, 2008 during the Championship Award Ceremony.

The AJGO is working with the Bradley Johnson Memorial Foundation to make the selection for our college scholarships. We would encourage you to visit the Bradley Johnson Memorial Foundation website to find out about other scholarship and grant opportunities that they have available.

Completed 2008 AJGO College Scholarship Application must be received at the AJGO address on the application by June 15, 2008.

Make sure that you have included with the completed signed application:
(1) one (1) page typed original personal letter or essay giving reasons for applying,
(2) two (2) signed current letters of recommendation,
(3) your most recent original certified transcript & school’s grading system
(Your school will send your official transcript directly to the AJGO mailing address.)
